How to play Sudden Attack Japan (+ ERROR 0xe019100b FIX)

This is a tutorial on how to play sudden attack japan if you are not from the japan region. This will also allow the fix of ERROR 0xe019100b.
(NOTE: I am going to assume you guys know how to make an account and download SAJA etc.)

STEPS:
1. Download the links:

2. Run the FCAnti-log and it should tell you to press any key to continue and just press any keys twice.

4. Lastly connect to a VPN (in japan obviously).

Now you can play!
