Brilliant ! Explains what to do so clearly and shows you, after watching I opened my round plate at bottom of machine and could see the green plastic pull cord, I put the end of a screwdriver through the opening and gently pulled down once, then pulled door handle and it opened up no trouble at all ! So relieved, many thanks for your video 👍👍👍😀😀
