I love how the skin gets more rotten over time as it decomposes. I mean, it makes sense, but it's just such a little touch that a lot of filmmakers probably wouldn't think to add. It's the little things.
Also, at 4:07, he's genuinely amused at the bell ringing.

Vincent D’Onofrio actually wore leg braces for this part in order to more realistically look like a six-legged bug inside a two-legged skin suit. Even though the movie is a comedy, committing to a role and taking the work seriously goes a long way.
