No more NCL cruise bookings from me, despite being a loyal customer. I am now living my dream living in Scotland. The last cruise was a disaster, curtsy of the French people sticking, and forgetting to order a gangway crane at another French port . Absolutely typically of the French! And no port of call on the last port of call in British channel island. Because of strong wind and it being a tender port of call .All nothing to do with the cruise line, but these events put me off cruising ever again.

We paid NCL $500 for insurance in case anything happen to our trip. We were at the NZ airport when the weather went bad. 14 inches of rain fell that day. The airport was closed. We had to spend the night in the airport because they wouldn't let anybody leave. The next day we were threatened with jail time by the airport if we didn't leave so we left. NZ air offered no help. We arranged a hotel for two day hoping we would get help by any of the parties involved with no luck. We ended up staying for 5 day thinking we would be covered by the insurance that we purchased through NCL. The extra 5 days cost us $3k + $1400 to purchase new tickets through NZ air. We ended up with a $500 per person compensation for $1000 total and nothing from NZ air. Do NOT sail NCL. They hold no responsibility for anything that may go wrong and LIE about any kind of service they may have to provide. In the end it cost us $3400 for something that was not our fault. DON'T buy insurance it's a SCAM. Corporate Slobs.

Carnival Cruises made a laughing stock of themselves cruising through the eye of a storm. Will it ever end !! They are a joke. We Love NCL, 5 cruises thus far.

Just got back from Bermuda cruise on Prima! Horrible! Pool out of order until day 5 half the elevators did t work, hot tubs took turns being broken. All the kids were in the infinity pools jumping in and out! Not enough staff to run water slides!! Best part was the ocean walk, Hudson’s and Carneys! All shows you couldn’t get into ticket’s unavailable.

My first time with NCL apprehensive about booking with them again!!

Ship looks awesome…however why do the advertisements always make it seem like there are very few people on board when in reality that pool and those chairs are packed full. 😂

Too much crammed into this ship, limited seating, small spaces, will never cruise the Prima again
