The fact that they barely changed the original Ideas submission and only added a black hole is incredible.

01:15 I believe according to the original fan designer, these dishes are meant to represent the VLA in New Mexico aka the Very Large Array. A massive collection of multiple radio telescope dishes that operate in synchronicity.

I have the orchids and the bouquet, now, I am seriously considering this one. Aesthetic lego sets under 80€ is totally my thing and I like that there are more each year!

One thing I must add, the stars have 4 points. This is a nod to the Hubble space telescope as stars from this telescope have 4 points due to its 4 internal truss rods holding up the secondary mirror. Hubble is a Cassgrain telescope, it’s a type of reflector telescope.

This is a really beautiful set. I like how simple it is as well. It’s a very good nod to all those space age posters from the past.

About a year ago, the author posted a picture with the Ursa Major on Rebrickable. Nice to see the set ready! The fourth picture (green) I have not seen yet

I wish I could get these booklet arts as wallpapers. The addition of wall hanging elements is also brilliant, as I am slowly running out of shelves to place (and family's) my lego on

I do really like that they release more often sets that you can build together with a friend or family member. I am huge space fan so I will get this set for sure on day 1! I think LEGO should release more sets of this scale. I do not have that much space left anymore due to the big sets. I cannot wait to get my hands on this one!

I always enjoy building my mocs and was never really into official Lego sets. This is however the first Lego set that I feel almost jealous that I haven't designed it myself. So elegant, so simple, retro and futuristic. A MASTERPIECE indeed.

i’m so excited for this and probably it’s gonna be the first time ever i’ll buy more than one copy.
the first one will definitely be a family build and everyone will keep their own “picture”. the second will fit perfectly into my office.

I will definitely adjust the colors for some of the modules and tilt the comet downwards, but it's an excellent set overall.

When I first saw this set I was like, $60 would be fine, 50 would be great, 70 would be acceptable. Knowing that the srp is 50, which also probably means the discounted price would be around 40-45, this is definitely a cop

Couldn't agree more. Definitely want to use these as some shelf toppers as they're fun, vibrant, and tell a story through the minimalistic detail. $65 in Canada still doesn't feel half bad and a nice departure from most sets costing well into the hundreds.
