I'm gonna share this here since the Facebook group you shared this in seems to favor censorship. Thanks for the video.

I don't wear sunscreen anymore either. Minimizing omega-6 in my diet was a game changer. Our skin is built with our dietary fatty acids and if we aim for more stable fats with higher smoke points, our skin is less susceptible to oxidation. Topical tallow or coconut oil also protect against sunburn. Getting away from the standard American diet and strategically developing a good melanin base to carefully transition from pale to tan makes a huge difference.

I spent the entire day kayaking on a lake Wednesday and everyone I was with wore sunscreen and burned wherever they missed a spot. I didn't wear any and didn't even get pink. It's also worth noting that sunscreen blocks UVB which is required for vitamin D production.

I don't use sunscreen either (fellow BC'er from Chilliwack). Word of advise, do not roll up the sleeves on your sun shirt, I have the most ridiculous tan line now after rolling them up in Manning and getting burnt. I have the OR Echo hoodies as well, but you really need to try Mountain Hardwear Crater Lake hoodies you will thank me later they temperature better and they have small zipper pocket and thumb holes. They go on sale a lot at TheLastHunt same with those OR sun hats.

I used same kind of sun protections, but the tip of my nose started to look weirdly purple. Day 7, I bought some sunscreen. I'd reccomend to bring tiny bit.
