2. There is a disconnect between symptoms and inflammation

We therefore need to treat inflammation and symptoms early during an "inflammatory window of opportunity" with effective therapies.

Thanks, Dr for the IBD info. My wife age is 35, she was diagnosed with CD in Oct 2020, Currently, she is taking a steroid for 10 days, Dr told us it is treatable by medication. After looking at the response of steroids, the Doctor would like to go for biologics (probably TNFa inhibitors) . If we treat effectively from now, hope she will get a cure. Please can you suggest your opinion? Thanks.
