Tik Tok is a trojan horse. “As the wolf bursts into the flock, so we come." -JG.
it is about National Security
Those defending TT are Howling with the wolves.

That’s not what I got from the argument—the court hypothesized that a “national security risk” could be a compelling interest, but they did also point out the government had failed to identify any sort of concrete example beyond “PRC may use this data, and the risk is we don’t know when.” Fracisco’s rebuttal pointing out Temu and Shein collect even more data and were not targeted was the dagger showing this was all pretext to control speech that bought US politicians don’t like (it derails the attempts of their puppet masters to control public opinion and win the PR war unless they own the channels that people use to communicate info). If the court upholds this law, it’ll be clear evidence that they are also compromised and influenced by factors outside our constitution and long-standing precedent. When outside lobbies control the judicial branch (they already own the other two via election funding and deep state bureaucracy) is the day this country becomes an authoritarian state ruled in the shadows by those who don’t care about American citizens or the rule of law.

If TT is an issue and we want to protect the public, why doesn't FB, X, and other social media companies get taken down, or have Congress pass a law that would actually do the thing they're telling us they're doing?

The AP removed this comment ""We do not come as friends, nor even as neutrals. We come as enemies. As the wolf bursts into the flock, so we come." -JG."
