To the rest of city council, please listen to your colleague, CM Sawant. Demand accountability from the militarized police and the establishment that irresponsibly and dangerously wields it with impunity.

I am very glad that this is going on (Not that George Floyd has sadly passed away, not that people are suffering and not that the Coronavirus has taken so many lives) It gives me a chance to see what kind of City Council I might be working with in 2025 when I run for Mayor. It allows me to see what is going on and how the Police are dealing with these issues. I want change. At sometime the rug that everything has been swept under for the last 40 years needs to be lifted up and all of the issues that were passed onto the next council needs to be worked on. As YOUR Mayor I plan on doing these four things for starters . . . (I would love to keep Seattle's Skyline as beautiful as it is now but if WE keep allowing transplants to move in on a daily basis soon WE will not have enough room to put them in.)

1. First WE need to decide just how WE want Seattle to look when people see us. Do WE like the way WE look now all luxurious and sexy or do WE want to look overcrowded and ugly like New York or San Francisco? If WE don't mind being extremely overcrowded then I say my job just got a whole lot easier. (I would love to keep Seattle's skyline just the way it is)

2.Fix the High Cost Of Living problems (If you are making Minimum wage you shouldn't have to get a raise to be able to live and have a life where you are at) (Also slow down the amount of transplants who are moving into Seattle for a new future. We have a load of people who are moving to Seattle, not because they love Seattle and want to live here but rather a job or school, We need to slow the surge down so WE can get things under control and figured out)

3.Make affordable housing sexy again (Profitable) (You shouldn't make 60 grand a year and still be low income) I want to work with property owners and contractors to help with building NEW affordable housing for the ones making $25 grand or less a year as well as sliding scale fee apartments for those who are making $25 grand - to 50 grand a year and in doing so allow them to create new luxury apartments that they can charge whatever they want. WE can not do rent control so WE need to do it another way. I am an artist so I know how to be Creative and imaginative. For every three 100 unit low income apartment you build you will be allowed to build 1 major luxury apartment of your choosing (within reason that is) I also have been in talks with Jeff Bezos about creating on grounds housing for it employees that are single and in college maybe or just single. They are known as O-Pod tube houses. A Japanese architect designed them. If you work for Amazon you would have the option of living in one of these "Micro Style Studio Tube Apartments" (That would take some of the strain off of the housing problems. )

4.Fix the Homelessness problem (That includes homelessness, joblessness, mental issues and drugs and alcohol addiction) I am in talks with Sam's Club about those 3 building they have that are vacant. I want to turn them into a shelter. 1 for single men 1 for single women and 1 for families. They would be a "Workable" Shelter meaning that while there you have 6 months to work on issues that caused your homelessness and figure out a way to change your station in life. I was homeless for about 10 years when I lost my son. I have since found my center and want to help Seattle find hers. There will be a load of people who will not like this. The Salvation Army has already given me grief about it because I will be taking money out of their pockets. The Union Gospel and Downtown Emergency Service Center as well will give me grief but it has to be done. I have a youtube channel that I post videos on and will be starting to get to know the people of Seattle better in the next 2 years. I mentioned the "O-Pod Tube House Apartments" above. They are Micro apartments that can be put almost anywhere.

Here is what they look like and how they can be placed within Seattle.
This is how they would look when put into place (You can stack them low or high depending on where you are placing these O-Pod Tube Houses

I am running for Mayor of Seattle in 2025 and these are what I want to start working on to help "Make Seattle Better 4 All"

Thank you for your time,
Timothy Jenkins

Maybe the problem is the people throwing things at the police, and not the police. Just letting the city get ruined. I feel terrible for the SPD, having to put up with a community that treats them so poorly, you should all be ashamed.
