I typed up the Gingersnaps recipe, then thought I'd share it.
Gingersnaps
350°
¾ c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
¼ c. molasses
1 t. ginger
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. cloves
¼ t. salt
2 t. baking soda
Beat all the ingredients above until fluffy
Add
2 c. flour
Chill an hour
Form balls & roll in sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet 2” apart. Do not flatten.
Cook for 8 minutes.
