I wish you could have pull out the pipes and show us how easily they are connected and the differences in connection, for example with the single wall ones do i need to input screws to secure the pipes together ? I see that the DVL have like bracket inserts and looks stronger. Also i wachted a video on adjustable pipes to get that appropriate height, do you also offer that?

Where do I find DuraBlack Slip Connector replacement help. Troubleshooting pulling an old bad slip connector from support box would be a nice instruction to have but can I find one through mfgr NO

Feels like a Witch hunt trying to figure out everything that I need for my set up. We need real demonstrations not a sales pitch. We need thorough step by step installation instructions with pictures and part numbers listed in the instructions so we know what to order if we need something else.
The instruction manual sucks

Well, he's the sales guy, so all he gives us is a sales pitch - no practical instructions, which, by the way, are lacking in Duravent's HORRIBLE installation literature. I got a Duraplus through the wall kit, and there was literally NOTHING about the three pieces that constituted the "adapters" (a stainless steel ring, a black trim piece, and a piece of black "snap" adapter) - which way do these pieces fit together?? what is the "beaded" end - the part where the crimps are?? which way do they insert into the wall thimble?? NOTHING! Obviously, there's a right way, and the company should consider liability issues if not done correctly. This company amazes me with its lack of concern for communicating details.
