Biggest question with CRM, what does 27 billion for Slack buy them. Most companies that will buy Salesforce platform are already using Microsoft Teams which is highly integrated with Microsoft s productivity suit which is the defacto choice for most companies. Why would companies want to switch just one tool? That's a hard sell, JMO.
