Electronic component vertical cartoning machine

This is a vertical rotary cartoning machine, with the box to be open from the top. In the video the electronic component is temperature controller, it is fetched and placed into the box by mechanical arm automatically. For some product which is not suitable for automatic feeding, we can put them into the box by hand manually.
The working process is as following:
Box fetching and open--product feeding automatically or by hand--box glue sealing or tuck in closing--- pre folded leaflet feeding--Batch No printing( optional)--final product output
The stable production capacity is around 40 pcs per min
It is suitable for various kinds of product cartoning , such as bottle, jar, hardware, tube etc. Compared with the horizontal cartoning machine, it has the advantage of compact size, lower cost and also more dynamic.
