I think that you must watercool the vrm 100%, because of the case the vrm will not have any of the airflow that exist in a normal closed pc case. So I think to have good temperatures there you must use the watercooling system of the Mb. 👌👌

I would’ve left the black silicone.
1. If not done properly could cause leaks and not be as great as factory seal.
2. Over time the white silicone might turn brown.
3. There’s hits of black in the build so the black silicone doesn’t clash.
4. Too much work for something so small.
