The wreck of a 100-year-old submarine was recently discovered in the South Pacific. The HMAS AE1 submarine was part of the Royal Australian Navy. 35 Australian and British crew were lost when the vessel sank without a trace in September of 1914. Over the past century, at least a dozen recovery missions were unable to find AE1, until now. A service was held to honor the 35 crew members lost, and there are now talks to build a permanent memorial near the site of the wreck. #InsideEdition

Wait, how do you build a memorial? Was it that close to shore or what?

Hell, they just found the Franklin expedition a few years ago. Much further north than anyone expected. Vive 18th century global warming.
