I would actually give this fight to elastic girl.
So hear me out.
1. She is durable enough to take punches from me incredible and is practically invincible unless put into low temperatures.
Combat goes to elastic girl because she has been fighting longer and seems to know decent amount of Martial arts to some extent. (Knocked out a man with one punch, and she does not have super strength.)
She is a lot more agile in combat than spider man is, just look how she would fight against mr incredible. She can become a literal snake and suffocate anyone.
Next she’s been show to have similar speed to spider man albiet slower reaction time.
So I do believe this is closer than we believe, and if she was going for the kill, I believe she will win, but that’s just my take on it.
