10:15 section 31 (1)(b) example can be simply counter sales of goods? Like in a grocery store, I go and buy 1Kg of Sugar. So he will deliver me then and there... Am I correct?

Can buyer issue sales invoice for his purchase return ? Supplier doesn't object. I think yes.

1:06:01 shall here means that supplier must issue debit note and pay tax. 'May' in credit note means that supplier may choose not to give tax effect for credit notes if agreed by recipient to avoid complications like reduction in output liability etc... However, in both cases only supplier will issue debit or credit note for gst purposes. recipient if issues will be just for accounting purposes... Please correct me. Thanks.
