Why are different channels saying different things on the Swati Maliwal’s assault case? Read TOI of today. Let me reconstruct the entire event:
1. Swati Maliwal arrives at CM residence at 9.10 am
2. She is refused a meeting with Kejriwal & gets into an altercation with Baibhav Kumar who assaults her
3. The PCR calls made by Maliwal explain all the above to the police
4. The calls are made from Malimal’s official mobile number as confirmed by the police call center.
5. Maliwal has not reported a lost mobile so someone else could not have made this call. So this call was indeed made by Maliwal only. I am not sure if Maliwal actually gave her name in this call … TOI says she did
6. I am not sure whether the police have traced the calls to CM’s residence… some channels have reported this
7. The calls have been recorded by the call center so a voice recognition can be done from Mahiwal’s previous videos
8. The CCTVs in CM residence can be studied to confirm the exact sequence of events & occurrences. The bungalow’s staff must also be interrogated
9. The police reach CM’s residence and actually find Maliwal leaving the bungalow ( various channel reports). She reiterates her complaint about assault by Baibhav
10. Police convince her to come to the police station to make s written complaint.
11. Maliwal is seen boarding an autorickshaw and arrives at the police station at 9.50 am
12. IN THE POLICE STATION MALIWAL RECEIVES A FEW PHONE CALLS ON HER MOBILE ( TOI report) WHICH SHE ACCEPTS AND TALKS WITH THE CALLERS AND THEN TELLS THE POLICE THAT SHE WILL RETURN LATER TO MAKE A WRITTEN COMPLAINT
13. She also agrees to a medical examination when she returns.
14. CLEARLY, the phone calls she received made MAHIWAL ABSTAIN FROM MAKING A WRITTEN COMPLAINT
15. After this Mahiwal takes another auto & leaves the police station.
16. Since then Mahiwal in untraceable & is incognito

All the above amply proves that:
1. Mahiwal was at the CM’s residence & was assaulted at the CM’s residence
2. Mahiwal made the 2 PCR calls
3. MAHIWAL WAS DISUADED BY CALLS FROM THE AAP HIGHER-UPS AT THE POLICE STATION TO NOT MAKE A WRITTEN COMPLAINT
4. Mahiwal has disappeared as part of damage control by AAP and the AAP MAY EVEN NOW BE RESTRAINING/THREATENING/ BRAINWASHING/KIDNAPPED HER TO SURFACE AFTER SOME TIME AND REFUSE/MANIPULATE THE ENTIRE EVENT TO EXONERATE Kejriwal & Baibhav and EVEN convert this into another BJP conspiracy!!!!
5. But all the facts in the case as narrated above will adequately, solidly and emphatically negate any such spurious contentions

How to prevail on judiciary system. Really sad that the 420 leader like Kejri has been given Interim bail mean just imagine status of Supreme Court. Let the Supreme Court reverse the order and put Kejri back in to jail for the un necessary charging PM and his own leaders have been assaulted. Non sense party
