Fastest Shalimar Express Journey in Locomotive - Karachi to Lahore

Salaam, todays video is about my train journey to Lahore from Karachi in 27 up Shalimar Express. Basically, its a part 2 of my travel journey which starts from Rahim Yar khan to Multan inTrain Locomotive (GEU-40 9004) than Multan to Lahore in New Chinese Parlour Car Coach which was importef recently by Pakistan Railways.

SHALIMAR EXPRESS is the regular Train service between Karachi and Lahore. The assign number is 27 up from Karachi to Lahore. Similarly, 28 dn from Lahore to Karachi. The Train consist of Economy, AC Standard and Business Class Coaches.

Pakistan Railways is way behind any other railways in the world. I mean it looks like as if we I am watching trains of the 60s or 70s. The condition of trains and the stations is really poor. The whole railway infrastructure is in dilapidated condition although it gives nostalgic feeling.

Very nice travel vlog. Curve scenes were awsome. Driving in rain on our tracks is really a difficult job, amazing. I love this train but its timing reaching Lahore and karachi is really out and is very difficult especially when you going to karachi. 1:00 am😱😱
