Could you please list the names of your recommended stores. This way we have the spelling and can locate them easily. Thanks for the tips on color essentials. I enjoy wearing color on top, usually made in satin or silk. I like the soft drappie look. I like color by my face. Bottom essentials are slacks in black, gray, blue.

This was a really useful and welcome video. While you were focusing on basics, it was inspirational on many levels. I have increasingly felt that everyone in my 60-70+ age group is wearing the same thing. I have always loved stripes but find I hesitate to wear as often as I would like because EVERYONE is wearing the same stripes now!!! I am going to have to look for things with a little more uniqueness....

For my essentials and casual lifestyle, I wear classic tops in various colors. I also like a few white tops (not much into blouses) as well. I mostly wear solids or a simple stripe rather than printed tops.

This really addressed my problems with basics. I should have more basics because of my job (llama breeder) but my style has always been fun, eclectic, and colorful. I need to be more practical but I am drawn to the unusual. I used to use the fiber and spin and weave so I had occasions for my artsy side to shine, but that is no longer part of my lifestyle, but it is hard for me to leave behind. Reality bites. LOL.

Thank you for the informative video that includes all of us of every style type. Your coverage of the white shirt is especially interesting because, although I'm a devoted classic minimalist, I have never loved a white button-down shirt, probably due to scoliosis that is not visible but makes a button-down uncomfortable and twisted. It's wonderful to see other possibilities.
