I can admit one thing. In my Stampede 4x4 VXL, If it comes around to setting my mesh, I will sit for the longest time trying to get that perfect smooth sound of the gears flowing.

Man i cannot get the gearmesh correct. I dont know if its lack or tools or what but every time I get it all put together and give it a test run my pinion pushes itself off the spur and it stops driving completely. I completely shredded the highspeed pinion, metal dust everywhere and the teeth are chipped and there was smoke coming from the gears or motor. Doesnt smell or sound good when driving. (I guess i should mention i put a 50t steel spur on it)

I’m having trouble installing a 20 tooth pinion on the low cg chassis, it worked fine on the regular chassis. Do I need to get a smaller pinion to make it work?

hey! nice video on this nice truck. how comes the aluminum don't come with this version? if you want to get the nice shocks, are you stuck with non LCG? on Traxxas, I always prefer the upgraded shocks for better toughness
