Everyone wants to know how you got such a high concentration of microbes in that sample. I've never seen that in compost.

This is what it looks like when you take a sample from a culture jar and spin it in a centrifuge, then pipette out the little button at the bottom of the tube and put it on a slide.

I used stream water and looked at that with my microscope but didn't get a lot of activity....I was wondering how/why you have so much activity
