Τιμή ρεκόρ έπιασε το σιτάρι στην Ευρωπαϊκή αγορά, ξεπερνώντας τα 430 ευρώ τον τόνο δικαιώνοντας εν μέρει τη ρωσική πλευρά, η οποία λέει, πως για τα προβλήματα που έχουν δημιουργηθεί στην διεθνή αγορά τροφίμων, φταίνε και οι κυρώσεις που τις έχουν επιβληθεί από τη Δύση, καθότι παρότι είναι από τις μεγαλύτερες παραγωγούς σιτηρών καθώς και άλλων τροφίμων αλλά και βασικών υλικών που χρησιμοποιούνται στη γεωργική παραγωγή, όπως των λιπασμάτων, δεν υπάρχει πλέον ελεύθερη και σωστή διακίνηση αυτών των αγαθών.
Φυσικά και οι καιρικές συνθήκες, όπως ο καύσωνας που έπληξε την Ινδία, μια άλλη μεγάλη παραγωγός χώρα σιτηρών, ο οποίος και κατάστρεψε μεγάλο μέρος της σοδειάς, κάτι το οποίο ανάγκασε την Ινδική κυβέρνηση να σταματήσει τις εξαγωγές προς άλλα κράτη αλλά και ο πόλεμος στην Ουκρανία, που δημιούργησε πρόβλημα στις εξαγωγές, άνω των 25.000.000 τόνων σιτηρών, έπαιξαν πολύ βασικό ρόλο.
Αλλά ας δούμε, που έφτασε η τιμή των σιτηρών σήμερα.
Σύμφωνα λοιπόν με το γράφημα της ιστοσελίδας business insider, η τιμή σήμερα έφτασε τα 437,75 ευρώ τον τόνο, κάτι το οποίο αναλογεί σε ποσοστό αύξησης 101,03%, από πέρσι το Μάιο.
Μιλάμε για διπλασιασμό της τιμής, κάτι που φυσικά σημαίνει, ότι στο άμεσο μέλλον, πρέπει να αναμένονται αυξήσεις σε είδη που χρησιμοποιούν σιτηρά, όπως το ψωμί αλλά και όχι μόνο.
Αφού, συνηθίζεται η τιμή ενός είδους διατροφής, να συμπαρασύρει και τις υπόλοιπες.
Αυτό βέβαια θα φανεί το αργότερο μέχρι τον επόμενο μήνα, αλλά ειλικρινά, δεν είμαστε και πολύ αισιόδοξοι...
Τιμή ρεκόρ λοιπόν για το σιτάρι και αναμένουμε να δούμε τι άλλο θα επακολουθήσει....
