move over basil, have you tried parsley pesto?!

Ingredients:
1 head parsley
2/3 cup walnuts
1-2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tsp fresh garlic
1/2 tsp salt

In a food processor, blend to combine completely! Scrape down sides as necessary. Enjoy my besties. Add to pasta, bowls, salads, use as a dipping sauce or even on tofu!

✨This parsley pesto is great for the winter season because parsley is a lot easier to find in the colder months since basil is a summer herb. I have other basil pesto recipes so I thought I’d show you how to make pesto with parsley! It’s so fresh.
