All those sites that have that type of rolling system in this case scripts (javascript in this particular occasion) has the following thing, given chances (but seeing that they were either 33 or 500 mices the chances are none to minimal) and encrypted seeds and few of those seeds are the winning one (either for a game or a mice in this particular case).

Final argument is that this is not scam after all.... You're not paying money to spin those things, scam is whenever you paid for something and you don't receive the following, it's like gambling... You pay for service where they take your money. Here they only take your time to get you either win a game or buy it and get the mouse, or eventually if you win the mouse to be happy.
