I really wish more high-end consumer laptops used Ryzen chips, particularly Zen 4 chips. The better battery life and integrated GPU are such important factors at that price point. It's crazy that gaming handhelds have better stock of those chips than actual laptops.

Awesome! What do you think about the flow x13? I've been seeing deals on them for around 900 bucks on bestbuy, the 6900hs and 3050ti option. For me, it looks like a direct upgrade to something like the zenbook 14 oled, at least on paper. Is there a particular reason why its not mentioned on this list? I would like to know because I'm considering that option. Thanks

Between Lenovo Yogi 7i ASUS Zenbook 14x and which one is better?

Picked up the Zenbook 14 for $670 out the door after a paypal credit sign up bonus and 1.5% cashback from my CC and being tax free week in my state. Spec for spec it's so good compared to M2 pro variants. Plus, I can connect my eGPU and play games on it. The only downside is the battery life being really poopy compared to Apple's silicon, but I accepted that going into this and have absolutely no regrets for paying just~33-40% the cost of the latest Macbook Pros.

If you don't game and need the independence of having to plug-in, then get the Macbook Air for sure as long as you're okay with having to expand storage beyond 256GB.
