10:54 - old style air cleaner for a car. The filter would be light coated in oil. They were reusable (just clean the filter and recoil). If you can clean it up, that would be worth some money.

There is definitely an old 1940s-1950s duck gallery shooting game down there. I would also venture to guess that there is an old Nash car down there. You found the hubcap last time. Old Nash cars did have hoods like that. DEFINITELY remove and GENTLY clean the hood ornament. Those are very valuable!
