I've heard rumors that Michael Jackson's natural voice was quite a bit lower than his speaking voice, so he could be relaxed in that regiater all the time. Not sure how true.

I’m learning if you practice everything as relaxed as you can you’ll be golden. I found myself doing to much with my body a lot in the past. Watching these videos has taught me quite a bit. Still got a lot of work to do though. 😂

This really helped! For the longest of time I have been trying to use higher fry vocals for a while since I love LP and have been trying to sing with chester at the same pitch. But his pitch is so high that I can't obtain it as easily. Thanks for the tips!

This is my exact problem and u described it perfectly. I can't do that at all so distortion or high notes I've never been able to do. Makes sense why I can whisper scream or low scream but never at a actual loud level for most all my screams.

I've recently started working on getting my high notes back. It's been a struggle but I'm starting to see improvement. I spent almost 15 years not doing any vocals at all. And I'm having this exact same problem 😂

Singing is like everything else, you have build the body in the area you want to use proficiently. If you’ve never bench pressed before, you can’t expect to go beat the world record on your first try., if you’ve never driven a car you probably won’t win a formula 1 race. Practice practice practice, and let your body build itself to handle what you want to perform.
