The thing is the owner did illegally blow up ash’s land on the end, which was completely legal to claim due to the Geneva convention. Killed ash swag with ILLEGAL WEAPONS and technically “harassing him” by calling him a Rubiks Cube. So in summarythe owner DESTROYED ashswag land even though that land was completely legal, KILLED him for NO REASON with ILLEGAL WEAPONS. And destroyed land that rightfully belonged to ashswag. If the owner wasn’t suing ashswag for claiming the end but his various war crimes, then ashswag would be screwed. I don’t know real court, but maybe you could also pile up his war crime in the same case. Therefore, ashswag is not guilty for the crime of claiming the end illegally.
