Gatekeepers of Democracy Keynote Lecture

The late James McGann, sometime Director of the Think Tanks and Civil Societies Program at the University of Pennsylvania, delivers the Keynote Lecture at the inaugural Thessaloniki Civil Society Forum, co-hosted at Public Syntagma in Athens on May 13, 2019, by the Dukakis Center for Public Service and Transparency International Greece.
