This song always reminds me of cold winter mornings preparing for my run. It’s all I heard around Christmas last year all over TikTok and Instagram videos. I’d save them and watch them before every run to get me in the right frame of mind. Every time I hear this song it reminds me of myself knowing that my bed is warm, everyone else is asleep and no one knows I’m doing this or credits me for it but I still go anyway.

Another update. Going strong! I’m still staying committed and I’m slowly but surely achieving what I’ve been looking for! Very proud of myself so far but there is still a while to go. Hey guys! First update in months. I lost my motivation for a week or so and then found it in me to keep on going. After that week of not working out i got disappointed in myself and realised i had to keep going. Im seeing Major results! i’ve lost a lot of weight and it’s making my gains begin to slowly show more and more. Seeing progress in myself has kept me hungry for more. I’ll leave more updates, but thank you to everyone here who has given me hope and motivation i’m myself, thank you all it means so much
