madam dabour chawanprush contain sodium benjoate as preservative though as per fda limit but with vitamin c sodium benjoate
makes benzin which is very harmful and cause cancer....so give information regarding that...

I had Dabur chawanprash for 8 years in my childhood, it really helped me to boost my metabolism and improve my immunity during my childhood times. I used to get cold all the year.. But after having chawanprash, getting cold reduced gradually. Really a great product.

Shocking to see a nutritionist (certified!) Endorsing Chawanprash containing parabens, benzoates and bisulphites as preservatives which can cause cancer to infertility!!

Hi Kajal,
I am not a nutritionist and definitely did all my learning till my masters in India only.
The reason one would watch this video is to really know the differentiation that a layman like me could not know. For sake of comparison, you took Baidyanath in the same but all your differentiation were subjected to Dabur vs Patanjali. You clubbed Baidyanath with Patanjali, which itself failed the very fact of the video.

Then you went on to compare on Fat content, aftertaste and labelling? Really? I really got in doubt if you are a real nutritionist. Even I can read that and at least as a nutritionist, you don't classify product label in Bilingual as a factor for comparison. You should talk based on nutrition, the ingredients, the effects, the properties and not brand value. I represent none of the brand, nor associated with any as a customer, as I hardly take them. But I am a qualified MBA in Marketing and what you did here is nothing but a poor attempt of false marketing and display of biased attitude based on personal belief and not on any fact or data.

Just answer it at last: What differentiation did you put throughout the video that only a nutritionist could have provided? Taste. Jelly like or Labelling. Fat content? Did you just studied about fat and sugar content? Even I without any degree know that sugar and fat is not suggested. So the question is what did you contribute with data and information as a real nutritionist apart from just your own opinion? Sorry, found nothing!

You missed out on the 500 year old classic Chyawanprash of Kottakal Arya Vaidya shala which is used world wide not only in Kerala or India standing far superior to these aaj kal ka brands

Planet Ayurveda doctor recommended me Vikramprash for low immunity. I am using it from last 20 days. It is good.

If someone only wants to take chyawanaprash for the taste and based on its looks, definitely take dabur. But chyawanaprash is an Ayurvedic medicine not something that only pleases your taste.
Most of the drugs used to make chyawanaprash are of Tikta Katu rasa i.e bitter and spicy taste. So naturally a Chyawanaprash having a slightly bitter or spicy taste is actually good 😄
I find this review very misguiding.

guys use krishan kalda chaywanaprasha (swarna bhasma yukt.) or buy baidyanaath / patanjali and mix sawarnabhasma if you know how to do that or ask ayurvedic doctor . that will make your chayvanprash 100 times better.

67.5% out of 100% is Sugar in Patanjali Which is very high for any person....
