There's something about seeing the houses of artists who have books and strange fanciful objects, that makes me feel an enormous sense of wellbeing. It's like these are the houses that people actually want to live in, not the sterile luxury apartments in magazines. At least, that's how I feel about it all.

I love the cosiness of the house. Filled with all the things he loves and has collected over the years . You can almost see how comfortable and content he is in his own little world and surrounding environment . That's what I hope my house will be like one day, personalised and cosy.

He really does like to use 'or', and it produces some of his most beautiful phrases. Even his speech has a poetry to it. Watching him here and knowing his work... if I met him I would like to try to make him happy.
