Cross Navigation Bar - How to create custom Navbar using CSS

In this tutorial, we are creating a cross navigation bar using HTML5 and CSS3. Basically in this navbar, you will get some nav links which has border from its top and bottom side and when you move your cursor to any of the nav links the top and bottom border will rotate and make across at its backside in a decent looking way and when you remove your cursor the cross will back to its original stage.

This navigation will useful in music websites, gym websites like equipment, or exercise and you can also use this navigation in photographic websites.
