Politicians will not take measures that are unpopular, because they want to remain in power. You need public support to win. Focus on changing common people's minds

We do keep old buildings, but not trees. I dont understand.

After removing every old growth tree from the eastern interior of BC they can't stop themselves. With the island being a very popular tourist attraction it should be a Canadian issue too.

There is so little of it left and yet they want to take that too. We need to show how it is more valuable to BC to leave it and protect it. Tourism, wildlife, etc. are worth more with it intact than the temporary profit of chopping it.

Thanks for the overview on where the three parties stand. I'll say - Vote Green.

I wasn't going to vote at all this year, for the first time ever, but protecting these amazing endangered ecosystems is far too important. Green party you will get my vote yet again!

Despite the NDP's "deferment" plan, I don't believe that they are going to do what's needed based on their appalling environmental record to date. VOTE GREEN for responsible stewardship of our Ancient Forests. CARBON SEQUESTRATION alone should be enough incentive to protect the last remaining 3% of old-growth ecosystems in British Columbia.

A great job on your video and thanks for all the information. You would think in this environment, the Greens would have a landslide majority. I sure hope so.

This video is propaganda -the entire video only show the regular 30 hectare blocks that are normally logged in B.C and the odd giant cedar that of which we have everywhere, just look at the 40-60 year old 30-60 cm wide trees show along the back of those blocks, they fail to show any actual endangered old growth rain forest! probably because those forests are already made in to Provincial parks. at 1.35 in the video the girl speaking starts with a dialogue that would make you think logging will cause a chain reaction of social and ecological problem. the B.C government currently does an excellent job of forest management and we don`t need an American based company like Then Ancient Forest Alliance to muck that up. B.C has an amazing forest practices code that the NDP legislated in the 1990s protecting the fragile ecosystems.
