I love nachos bellgrande. I get it with beans to make it more hearty. And I love chalupas. I don’t even get tacos anymore.

I have to commend you and all nurses. Y’all do such an amazing job. I recently was in the hospital and I had a good experience (as much as you can in a hospital lol) and the nurses helped with that. Thank you for showing a little part of your life.
