Intravesical calculus near left ureteric orifice
Rt kidney: Normal in size, regular in shape with smooth outline. Bipolar length 9.50 cm
Cortex & medulla are well differentiated. Central echo-complex is echogenic and normal. No evidence of any focal/diffuse lesion or calculus is detected.
Lt Kidney: Normal in size, regular in shape with smooth outline. Bipolar length 10.39 cm
Central echo-complex is echogenic and normal. No evidence of any focal/diffuse lesion or calculus is detected. Mild dilatation of the renal pelvis.

Ureter: No abnormality could be detected in either of the ureter.

Urinary Bladder: Well filled with smooth outline. Wall thickness is within normal limit. There is an intravesical calculus measuring 6.9mm is detected near left ureteric orifice.

Uterus: Normal in size and anteverted in position.
Endometrium: Is normal in thickness.Myometrium: Is homogeneous. No focal lesion seen in the myometrium.
Both Ovary: Normal in size, and echogenicity.
Cul-de-Sac: No fluid collection is present in POD.
