"To the Well" by Zach Winters, from Love is a Garden

Follow Zach Winters

I wrote this the same night after hearing some hard news from a friend. Their son had a recurring injury and a doctor had just told them he suspected bone cancer. It was hard moment—the diagnosis and the uncertainty so fresh. Praise God the diagnosis was wrong. This is their song.

What an incredible, beautiful song. I am crying uncontrollably reliving the nights my baby was in the hospital with Asthma. What we wouldn't give to heal our children when they suffer.. and this song captured those feelings a poetic and meaningful way. Thank you Zach for all your gifts ❤️

Truly blessed that I came across this beautiful song. One of rarest songs where you have a feeling which you can't describe in words and you play this song again and again on whenever I hear this song, for minute I forget all my problems. Something in this song, some magic. Thank you Zach for this amazing song.

i was wondering if you could publish this to SoundCloud? this is the only song that has brought me any comfort lately and if it was on there, it’d be much easier to listen to on repeat. it’s a beautiful song, thank you for even publishing it here.
