KYTC Minute May 2, 2013

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet considers developing its employees' leadership abilities an essential part of its operational success. That was the idea behind the Advanced Leadership Academy, a two-year program created in 2003 for Transportation Cabinet Employees. Recently, the academy's Class of 2013 combined leadership with community service, as the group assisted Scott County Habitat for Humanity. 2013 marks the 10th anniversary of the Advanced Leadership Academy. So far, more than 160 Transportation Cabinet employees have graduated from the program.
