The cat with the hybrid percussion kit is amazing! Keeping the 2/3 - 3/2 timing on the block and bass drum below, using his left hand for the congas, and the right hand for the bell, 3 cymbals, and wow! A great example of 4-way independence.

So clean & solid the way they played those "classic tunes"! I have to give credit also to the person who recorded this cause he/she must've used a really good microphone cause all the instruments sounded very clear & no one drowning anyone out. The bass sounded tight, sharp & clear & have to give special credit to the person playing percussion cause playing the clave with your foot & at the same time congas & timbales is not an easy task! Bravo, these guys did great!!!

Este grupo es genial.Tengo muchos años oyendo buen jazz y nunca, NUNCA REPITO, había escuchado una interpretación tan bella y melodiosa como la de una pieza de mis favoritas: I remember April, interpretada con maestría y genialidad por todos los integrantes de este gran grupo en el bello San Francisco, el que nunca olvidaré.

Increíble como la virtuosidad instrumental de estos respetados y veteranos músicos, no solo se mantiene activa aportando acordes de lujo en el latin jazz suave y melódico. Son un hermoso ejemplo de que la música no tiene edad, felicitaciones !
