I know it may seem a little convoluted, but they should just make 3 total modes for OG: Builds, Zero Build, and Builds: OG Movement. That's just my opinion tho

Its always baffled me how they managed to make the game look worse over time and make it way lower fps than with the old graphics. Its a cartoon style game it doesnt need to have some ultra realistic graphics with crazy lighting. The old style has such a charm to it

At this point they should just make OG Fortnite an entirely different game to download, (like Battle Royal and Save the World), so that they can use the old engine and have all the old features back.

One thing I also wish could be changed back other than the movement animations/movement is the health bar being in the bottom center, and how the old health bar looked.

In my first match I already found a bunch of things wrong

The pump shoot sound is the same, not the old one

The tac shotgun icon is the same, not the old one

The sprinting, sliding, and mantling

No old pickaxe swing animation

No old running animation

Turbo building

No turbo farming

No old big shield and slurp juice sounds (can assume it’ll be the same for minis)

No hexagon storm

No ranked mode to separate us casuals from the overly-caffeinated 11 year old kids that never experienced true OG fortnite

Still new gun models for purple/gold snipers, RPG, scoped AR

No old HUD

Graphics still suck

Breaking things used to be louder back then, now it’s muffled by the critical hit sound

Pickaxing someone still does 20 dmg instead of 10

I know I’m being nitpicky but it still makes the whole experience suck for me. Not to mention that EZFN has an exact replica of C1S4 and yet epic can’t do the same.

Movement in Fortnite OG should be og. I think a compromise could be that OG no build mode could have mantling sprinting and the other one I forgot the name of, as they would need it more as the OG map has less cover and some places would be inaccessible without these movement options, but the build version of Fortnite OG should have the movement that was present back then - so just walking, running, crouching and jumping.

I used to be really agaisnt them bringing new movement in, but if double pump and the OG damage is returning, with how good people are nowadays, it might be a good idea lol

there's so much love put into og, im not sure why they didnt go a little further with it. half the weapons have original renders, half of them still have the new ones (not to mention the weapon models too). og movement not being included is also a really awkward change that really worries me. im not too big of a fan of the og pass skins either (besides skull trooper that one's fire), they dont feel as if much effort was put into them and their designs were kinda held back. really hoping to see some changes in the future to make it the best it can be
