Code: Pony - S2E6 (New Home)

...Well, this took a little longer than expected, but at least it's FINALLY here (at this rate, this should be done by the time MLP: FiM season 19 comes out... oh, wait...).

Episode #6 of the 2nd Season of CLxMLP. After taking the long way back to Ponyville, due to the train tracks to-and-from here to Canterlot, Twilight and the Lyoko Warriors have spent quite some time with the Discorded Mane 4. Jeremie even got some time to explain to Twilight some more of how, 'they don't exist'...

I'm fairly satisfied how this came out. I even got what I wanted out of the story... Now that the story is dynamically different. Part of me wanted to do more with the last bit at the end (like a more animated background and using a special vector), but I wanted to get this done before Christmas, so this had to do. Also, Twi and AJ's transitions have been made. They were trickier to make than I thought (as I greenscreened them from scratch), but at least they can be used over-and-over again.

After rewatching this again; I finally realized that the reason both Jeremy & Aelita seems to have a "default" standard XANA logo as their cutiemark (unlike the rest of the Lyoko Warriors), is because at this point [in the history of CODE LYOKO], they have not yet "acquired" a *special signature power.*
[Same as the CMC had their "prototype" Crusader Cape logo].
-> Aelita will later get her wings & "magic blast" ( I wonder what would be added in the center of her XANA logo . . . )

I liked the adition of the CMC hidden in Sweet Apple Acres to the storyline ( I would have placed them on their CMC treehouse club instead of the barn). There is a mistake/retcon about Granny Smith; but that was something minor that would have being worse if not addressed at all.

The part at the end with discorded!Twilight wanting to go "as far as possible" is basically the script of "Journey of the Spark"; check it on my little playlist here:

Love the episode which was worth waiting for. Also, if possible, could you do the virtualization for Spitfire and Soarin?
