Another great exercise for the archive. This is a great tricep exercise done with the kettle bells. This can not be done with dumbbells. so give this lying tricep extension a try and let me know how you like it in the comments.

I've been training since the 90s. I'm not quite as old as you but I have some mileage. I laugh every time you stress warming up or easing into certain movements. Because you are so sincere, it's like a warning. I know first hand the importance of warming up. But sometimes I forget, and get quickly reminded by having a few forced days off. lol

Been using these for about 6 months now, and been an absolute game changer in overall arm development! Not to mention have cranky elbows and these feel just fine. Thanks so much John.

Definitely going to try these.I love kettlebells, and yes, they do have a different fell. They seem to pull differently than dumbells.

The first time I did these I almost hit myself in the head, but after some practice, these are great; especially for the working of a pumped muscle from the stretched position.

I have never used kettlebells for triceps extensions, that’s so cool. I use my kettlebell for kettlebell swings lol but I’m going to get me some small ones and try this. Thanks John.

Jon has so much outstanding information on this channel. His advice about warming up with high rep bicep and tricep extensions saved my elbow and golfers & tennis tendonitis [I had both].

Love these. They are sort of a 'mix' between the benefits of using dumbells and ez-bar crushers. The flexibility offered by the individual ktbs, keeping it close, angle of attack and the stretch offered by ez-bar makes this version a 'superior' exercise for triceps. Just my humble opinion anways. Thanks again John!

Really good videos. Thank you so much. Your index is awesome. I just started incorporating your tips and already feel the difference. I tried the lat activation yesterday....it works really well! Finally my lats are sore today all the way down to the bottom of my rib cage. Really appreciate your videos! Can't wait to try this one.

Great video, John! I am using Rogue's swiss bar with the first two angled grips. It destroys the triceps. Triceps pullovers are one of my favorite movements. Thanks for your
