Cartoons and memes aside, that's legit a phobia right there.

Massive eggs buried at different depths in the ground all poking out.
At first you walk through like it's normal ground until you hear the crunch and then you realize most of the ground you're walking on is empty space in with these creatures lie and your surrounded. One wrong move and your foot could fall straight through the ground and into a pit of yolk. Alternatively one sound could awake god knows what that will breakthrough the shallow shell and emerge from the ground like a monster.
