I have found in my practice that a 4 cun acupuncture needle placed in the belly( Gall Bladder 30) of the piriformis often relieves the spasm that compresses and irritates the sciatic nerve.

My hip get broken, when I fall down. I was in surgery twice, because I get problem in there. Now I do not know it’s English name. But now it’s well.
