i’ve noticed, since at least madden 17, that defensive lineman get off their blocks right away if you’re holding turbo straight out the gate. the defensive in general swarms you immediately. your video is a perfect example. every time you held turbo, the dl got off his block right away. when you didn’t hold turbo, your lineman was able to keep hold of him longer.

Obviously you dont use sprint until you are in the open...Whos been doin that? Sprint\turbo creates auto blocksheds from the dline lol You act like this is a new thing.

Sprint works differently in this game your not supposed to hold it just tap the sprint button to initiate a sprint

How do you run in competitive solo battles on MUT? Even when I’m on pro it’s impossible. All my linemen are 80’s and I have 85 Freeman and 83 Ajayi. I get eaten up every time.

You have to wait bro until u see something then press it and when your Running tap the turbo your guys goes top speed

Madden 18 also punished u for holding down sprite. Cuts were rounded or clumsy because cuts require agility not speed. Think timing (or patience) vs agility vs speed. You can’t have them all at once.

Holds develop. Some you miss because you didn’t hit it fast enough. Others because you weren’t patient enough.

I’ve run better than ever in M18 with Shady McCoy and Bills average OL. It’s all about simulating w/ a joystick how we really run. Timing, patience, bursts, agility, jukes, spins. Stiff arm.
