Thomas E. Perez, the nation's 26th secretary of labor, joined Google's 2016 Hispanic Heritage Month talks series to share the Department’s initiatives on creating opportunities for all. With 2017 around the corner, Secretary Perez will share what he is trying to accomplish before the end of the administration. Under Secretary Perez's leadership, priorities for the department include ensuring a fair day's pay for a fair day's work through continued efforts to raise the minimum wage, expand overtime protections, and by being smarter and more strategic in the department's enforcement of federal law. Secretary Perez strives every day to ensure that Americans return home from their jobs safe and healthy.

Good Qs, nice placement in Hispanic Heritage Month, nothing clearer than that someone needs to ace innovation harder every year making sure that humans draw a new mix of labor, gig pay, startup activity, compliance, communities stuff, hacking and play every week. Plus yes, getting away from that with some continuity of safe and healthy. No sensibility stuck on the 'skilled worker' notion; tell noone, but the peeps should be learning Kubernetes, TBM operation and field endocrinology in a scrum 2.5 environment. Salud!

I watched a video about the failure of Cole to Code that was posted this year. 1 person did make it Cole to Code all the others failed to make the transition. I wonder if bankes were legislated to find humans to grant .1% net money to per year per 1000 city residents with the aim at making cities better.

Creating opportunities for all? How about deleting the tax burden from individuals? This man is an embarrassment to spanish speakers, just another plundering face with a smile claiming to want to enable trade, while simultaneously drawing his paycheck from theft.
