For anyone else having difficulty finding these ocean locations just head far left of the gates to Cetus when entering the plains or far right of the gates to Cetus when entering the plains. There are only 2 ocean locations. Also the Grineer bases close to the shore are marked with red numbers that I also referenced. This isn’t live gameplay, it’s a series of edited gameplay with commentary. I forgot the location clip for this one while editing 2 others simultaneously. Either way the oceans aren’t hard to locate lol. The Tralok fishing video also shows the exact map locations as well. Hope this helps.

Here's where i'm fishing. For new players no one knows where that is. All you had to do is take a few seconds and show it on the map.

Use a different spear or use volt's passive: when you run around you charge more damage for the next attack so you can do 1k dmg with any spear

You can use your smeeta kavat + your resource booster so you get x4 for 120sec sometimes

You could also get it by killing the eidolon in the day in the plains
