Στη αρχή πιέζουμε λίγο ώσπου να μπει το καρφί στο σωληνάκι,το σωληνάκι να έχει πάχος 1,5 χιλιοστά και άπλα να χωρά μέσα το καρφί ,με λίγο στόκο για ξύλα κλείνουμε την τρύπα ,αν θέλετε εγγραφείτε στο κανάλι μου σας ευχαριστώ
Using a metal pipe, with an internal diameter the same as the head of the nails, you can make a custom tool, that will help you dismantle a wooden pallet faster than a crowbar.
Fasten the pipe securely on the vice.
With the hack saw, make diagonal notches on one of the sides. They will have to be looking forward, towards the direction of rotation. You can cut only two notches, but it's enough. It will do the job.
And that's it.
Attach the pipe to the drill and start drilling into the holes, and around the nails.
The notches will be working as a form of wood saw, eating into the wood, around the nail, keeping it in place.
The nails will stay in place, and the boards will have holes, however, the holes can be covered with a bit of filler so that you can still work the board any way you like.
Easy and fast construction, and it will make the job of dismantling the pallets a lot easier and quicker.
Remember to have the drill into hammer mode and not simple drilling mode. It'll go faster.
Innitially press the pipe untill it starts eating around the nail, and then work your way down.
The pipe must have a wall thickness of 1.5 mm, and an internal diameter as wide as the nail's head.
