God this scene just hit home how brutal these fights can get. I admire the effort Rikka put into the fight just as much as Fang. Though futile it was. Just shows what kind of beasts Spear and Fang were up against in this season. Enemies with weapons. And they overcame said Enemies. But they gave them such a challenge.
